We collect two types of information from Users:

Non-personal Information. Un-identified and non-identifiable information gathered via your use of the Site, such as aggregated usage data and technical information transmitted by your device (browser and operating system type, language preference, access time, pages viewed, clicks, etc.), used to enhance the functionality of our Site.

Personal Information. Information that identifies you or could reasonably identify you, including:

  • Device Information: geolocation data, IP address, and unique device identifiers.
  • Registration Information: full name and email address, when you sign up for our newsletter.
  • Contact Information: full name, phone number, and email address, when you fill in the Contact Us form on our Site.
  • Booking Information: full name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and payment information, when you make a reservation through our booking engine.
  • Mobile Information: your mobile phone number and the fact that you have opted in to receive text messages from us, collected when you provide your number during booking, at check-in, or by texting us directly (see "Text Messaging (SMS) Communications" below).

We receive this information when you voluntarily provide it (booking a stay, filling out a form, texting us), when you use the Site in connection with our services, and from third-party providers such as our booking engine and analytics vendors.


How We Use Information

  • To process and confirm reservations, arrange check-in/check-out, and provide guest services during your stay;
  • To communicate with you by phone, email, or text about your reservation or stay;
  • To keep internal records and respond to customer service inquiries;
  • To periodically send promotional emails about offers or news we think you'll find interesting (you may opt out at any time — see "Marketing" below);
  • To customize the Site to your interests and for statistical/analytical purposes to improve the Site.

Text Messaging (SMS) Communications (added for carrier/10DLC compliance)

When you make a reservation with us, you provide your mobile phone number, which we use to send you check-in information and instructions related to your stay. We do not use your mobile number for marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not share it with any third party.

  • Message frequency varies based on your reservation and any messages you send us.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out: You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You can also contact us using the information below to be removed from our texting list.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (312) 548-3811 or 411@humbledhospitality.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile opt-in information is never shared with any third party for any purpose. All sharing described elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile phone numbers collected for texting and opt-in/consent records related to text messaging.


Marketing

We may use your name and email address to send you promotional materials about our services. Your mobile phone number is used solely to send you check-in and stay-related information and is never used for marketing or promotional messages. You can decline marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly.

We do not sell or share customer information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.


Sharing Information

We do not rent, sell, or share Users' information with third parties except as described in this policy. We may share Personal Information in limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: with third parties who help us operate our business — for example, our booking engine/property management system (Cloudbeds) and payment processors — solely to perform services on our behalf. These providers may not use your information for any other purpose.
  • Legal & Regulatory Authorities: when required by law or necessary to protect our legal rights or the safety of any person.
  • Business Transitions: if all or part of our business is sold, merged, or transferred.

Mobile opt-in consent and mobile phone numbers collected for text messaging purposes are excluded from all sharing described above and are never shared with any third party for any purpose.

  • Confirm whether we are processing your personal information, and access the information we hold;
  • Receive a copy of the information you've directly provided to us, in a portable format;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Request deletion of your personal information;

Retention
